The Intellitouch On Hold Plus OHP 6500 is NOT for use with Bizfon or any other PBX System, see the OHP 6000 for that. This model is for use with single or multi-line analog phones. You can use the OHP 6500 with up to 4 phone lines. In the box, is 2 TEHMA adapters which you use to easily place a call on hold by pressing your phones hold button. Without a TEHMA, you can still place a call on hold by pressing ** and then (optionally) the phones hold button. The TEHMA hooks up between the phones base, and the handset. The TEHMA will work with cordless phones, but, only those with a headset jack where a headset is used. Otherwise, you can still use ** to place the call on hold and play the source material. You should only need one of these units. it will work for up to 50 extensions!
