The TS-400 phone is a Talkswitch brand phone to be used with the Talkswitch phone system. Some features the TS-400 has that the TS-200 does not include a dedicated headset button, an adjustible angle display, and several pre-programmed feature buttons such as paging, trade calls, and send to voicemail. Of course, the TS-200 can also do those functions and you could program those into the function keys on that phone. Features the TS-200 has that the TS-400 does not include a ring once option, a better headset port, call timer, multiple ring tones, more function keys, and some soft keys. The phone has optional headsets, adding the option means 1 headset per phone you order.
