The Polycom Soundpoint IP 501, model 2200-11531-001, is a 3 line VOIP speakerphone using SIP that works as a local extension with a Talkswitch 280VS, 284VS, 480VS, 484VS, 48-CA or CVA running the Talkswitch 4.0 software version. We only support this phone when used as a Talkswitch local extension, so, if that is not how you want to use it, we cannot support you, however, you may buy it anyway if you wish.
