This is the nicest Bizfon phone. There are two versions of the Biztouch 3, this is the LINE MODE version. Use this version if:

• You need to know which line a call is coming in on, perhaps, to run multiple companies or other reasons
• You want workers to pick up calls by line, i.e., tell someone to pick up a call on line 3 for example
• You want to see what lines are in use, on hold, available, etc.
• You only have 1 Bizfon 680 box! Doesn't work well if you ever go beyond 1 box (more than 6 incoming lines).
