Bizfon 12X16 with 12 BT2 Phones (Free Ground Shipping)See bottom of page for full size image Our Price: $ 3124.99

12 Incoming Lines, up to 16 Local Extensions, can be expanded, 60 minutes voice mail, auto attendant. Includes 12 BT2 Phones

If you have any Bizfon questions, please call 877-774-1521, we will not be undersold. Unlike most other internet Bizfon dealers, we can arrange for local installation in most cases for an additional install fee. This bundle is configured for up to 12 incoming phone lines, and, up to 16 local extensions. This bundle INCLUDES 12 BT2 (Biztouch 2) phones.

The product comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty from Bizfon. It also comes with 60 days of help desk support. The help desk can help you with configuration or setup issues, suggestions on how to use, and can also back up recordings and critical files at their site. You can add an additional 10 months of help desk support via the option shown above on this screen. The help desk is called by dialing 299 from a Bizfon extension. It's very handy!

Some Bizfon functions require the use of the optional voice vault card, sold separately. This card adds additional voice mail capacity, the use of virtual extensions, and, 4 additional informational messages. You can also add a multi-tenant card which allows you to use the Bizfon for multiple companies perhaps sharing the same office space.

Phone company services you might want to use are call hunt groups (also called call forward busy, or rollover), and, caller id. You do *not* want to have call waiting when using the Bizfon, it is not supported.

There are 2 automated attendants you can choose to use, typically, you use one for day time, and one for off hours. You also have 2 informational messages that can be recorded for things like directons to your site.

There are 3 ways calls can be routed. 1. Callers hear the auto attendant, then go to the operator (all extensions in night mode), and finally get operator voicemail. Or, 2. Callers go to the operator (all extensions in night mode), then, go to the operator mailbox if not answered. Or, 3. Callers go to the operator (all extensions in night mode), then, the auto attendant, and finally, the operator mailbox. A specific phone line can also be configured as a DID line (direct inward dial). This means all calls to that particular phone line will ring a specific extension (or group of extensions).

Bizfon supports a concept called virtual extensions (which require the voice vault option). These are extensions which do not correspond to a physical wiring connection, and, allow someone who does not have a physical connection to the Bizfon to still get calls. Each virtual extension has it's own mailbox, separate from any local extension mailbox. Each virtual extension can be set to ring at a phone number of your choice, perhaps a cell phone or your home phone. Or, they can ring a physical local extension. You can have up to 15 virtual extensions. This allows employees to use different offices and still have the same extension number. Or, work from home some days, but not others. There are numerous ways to use virtual extensions.

Bizfon supports meeting rooms. Up to 5 callers can "meet" in a meeting room. This is essentially 5 way calling. The parties may include remote people.

Voice mail is provided for all of the extensions. You can tell the Bizfon to page you if you get a voice mail message. Bizfon phones also support a message waiting light. Each extension can also have their own personal greeting. A total of 60 minutes of voice mail is provided with a basic Bizfon system. Voice vault cards can add 2 or 4 more hours to this number.

Each extension can forward calls when not answered if desired. These can be on or off site. A do not disturb feature is also provided. While on a phone call, you can toggle between callers. When working remotely, you can dial into the Bizfon system and use it as if you were local and on site. Fax machine calls can be routed through the Bizfon using fax machine CNG tones. You can also hook up a music on hold type device. This must be a mono type input.
